Mental Health First Aid In-Person (MH-MH)

Our First Aid for Mental Health course is ideal for anyone who wants to better understand mental health and support others in the workplace or community. This one-day course helps you recognise common mental health conditions, spot early warning signs and start supportive conversations with confidence.

You will learn how to listen without judgement, offer reassurance and guide individuals towards appropriate support. The course also explores the impact of stress, mental health in the workplace, and how to look after your own wellbeing.
